Expert Opinions

Legal Counselling
A study on the relations between IP and competition law and policy was carried out by Henry Olsson at the request of the Swedish Competition Authority. This is an example of cross-cutting dimensions of IP law.
Feasibility Studies
The Finnish Copyright Society commissioned a feasibility study on direct copyright revenue streams in creative industries in Finland. Tarja Koskinen-Olsson developed a new evaluation model and made its first application in 2010.
